SPRING!

Yay, springtime is here!  The weather has been amazing so we've been taking advantage (since it's only nice like this for like 2 months out of the year)! 

I've been enjoying spending time with my 2 precious boys doing all sorts of things: going on walks, flying kites, painting, playing in the sandbox, and cooking.  Ethan loves to make pudding with his Mommy!  Here are some recent pics of what we've been up to:

 We went to a family night at a local restaurant and Ethan got a tattoo and a balloon sword!

 Ethan was invited to a friend's 5th birthday party-it was so cute seeing him try to hang with the big kids!

 Thanks to Pinterest, I made liquid sidewalk chalk with just water, cornstarch, and food coloring. 

 We had so much fun painting the driveway!

Ethan's 3rd Birthday!

Ethan turned 3 on March 10th!  I can't believe we have a 3 year old!  We had planned a party at a nice park in my in-laws' neighborhood but it rained and rained for days before and on his actual birthday, so we had to have it at our house...  It turned out great anyways and Ethan was so happy!  This year he really "got it" that it was his birthday.  It was so fun!!  We have been so blessed with our sweet boy for 3 years and we love him so, so much.

So Mason turned 9 months at the end of February-woops!  I'm a little behind on posts. 

He is 20 pounds (30%) and 29 inches (72%).  Big brother is only weighs 10 pounds more!  :) 

He is pulling up on everything and taking steps around furniture.  He can wave bye-bye and say, "one, two!" (thanks to one of his toys).  He says da-da all the time and I've heard him say ma-ma once. 

Still takes 2 naps a day, though not very long ones.  :(  Mason wants to eat all day long and is starting to be "over" baby food.  So I've been giving him table food like waffles, fresh fruit, bread, avocados, and yogurt. 

He is such a happy little guy!  We love you so very much, sweet boy.
